The Effects of Brainstorming Methods on The Ability to Express Opinions on History Studies at Almaarif Singosari Islamic Senior High School

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of using brainstorming learning method on ability express opinions class XI students at Almaarif Singosari Highschool in history. The research design used a quantitative with pre-experimental type one-group pretest-posttest design. instrument was description test as main instrument, see students' writing and observation companion orally. analysis data is paired sample t-test normality test. results scores showed an increase from pretest average 55.97 68.96 posttest average. Then sheet, also have seen before implementation, which 31,76 66,17 when implemented class. Furthermore, hypothesis testing, obtained are sig.0,000 sig 0.05.
